most complicated, complex things that I have to do, I get them out of the way early. I've got

this theory and I know there's a book by Brian Tracy called Eat This Frog, but I've got this

theory that appeared in my mind long before that book

was even on my radar was that if I'll do the hardship first, the easy stuff will be easier.

If I do the hardship first, at least I don't have to spend the rest of my day thinking about

the hard shit that I have to do. And so for me, if I was to make a list of the

hardest things that I do every day at 45 years old, number one's the gym. Number two is take

time for myself. Number three is manage my schedule.

Those are the hardest things for me to do.

And so I'm going to do those things first thing in the morning.
