This is just a reminder today that life is not about optimizing everything to death.

0:18.1

Oh, Lord knows, I don't do this. I don't count macros. I don't even know what that means. I don't

0:22.3

even know what a peptide is, you guys. I asked my friend the other day if it's something that you

0:25.6

ingest, like if it's a tablet or something. And she explained that it's like something to do with

0:30.4

the skin or something like that. Look, whatever you're into, go for it. Live your life. Be you.

1:45.9

you know, Sunday nights or, you know what, I, because I'm on this XYZ diet, I don't have

1:51.3

dessert and so I'm not going to have some of my friends cake. I don't know. Maybe these aren't

1:54.8

even good examples. But there could be an inner rigidity that allows us to miss the point. The goal of any other, any other goal is
