Do you need AI? That is the question. It's a question that I've been thinking about a lot of

the last sort of couple of months is when do we need AI? What is AI? And how does it compare to

chat GPT if it does and all those things? So I've been very fortunate to meet somebody

over the last year that is leading the field in the world of hospitality, short term rentals.

He's called Evan Dolgo. The name in itself fascinates me and he's going to dig into this in a
