1:11.6	Although some robots look like humans, most operational robots have none of the physical features of a human.
1:21.6	Robots have often been associated with science fiction, like my favorite, Wally, and they are extensively used in factories and other
1:31.1	places of production for their mechanical services. Today, we find them all around us, in our homes,

1:47.0	Robots are some of the most fascinating inventions out there.
1:53.0	In this episode, we are going to start to learn all about robots,

2:02.1	about these machines. Before we answer some of the questions, let's learn some basic facts first.
2:12.1	A robot is a machine that is more than just a tool. These machines are created to serve various purposes
2:20.6	and perform many different functions. Like tools, they are designed to make human life easier.

2:35.0	They need a power supply to give them the energy to do work and they are sensitive.
2:41.0	This means that they can respond to changes in their environment and do things based on what these changes tell them.
