But first, let's talk about why seasons even matters.

In our lives, we obviously have the calendar seasons, right?

Like you have the winter, the spring, the summer, and the fall.

If you have children, school age children, you probably have the seasonality of the school

You've got a fall semester, and a spring semester, and probably a summer break.

So we naturally have seasons in our lives that our life works around whether it's the

calendar, how we manage our time, what our priorities are.

But I think a lot of times we miss the other types of seasons that we might experience.

Now I would define a season by anything that takes up a lot of your time or energy, a
