Ugh, this is going to be a really hard

podcast for me to make, but I've been wanting to do either a video or a

podcast about this for a really long time, but I'm scared. I'm

scared to hurt your feelings. I'm scared to offend you. I'm scared to hurt your feelings I'm scared to offend you I'm scared I'm a

people pleaser and I don't want anyone to feel uncomfortable in any way but you

have to feel uncomfortable.

And this is what I'm really noticing in my own life

and with clients.

We tell ourselves lies to stay in our comfort zone. We have limiting beliefs that keep us in our

comfort zone and there are reasons that your home is cluttered or messy or

you're resistant to get on top of things or let things go.

You're resistant to have a home

that just is effortlessly tidy.

And I know you're thinking, who doesn't want that?

Who doesn't want a home that's always clean and tidy?

But if your thought is,

that isn't realistic though, that will never happen.

But what does it cost me? I don't want to spend hours everyday cleaning. I don't

want to be a clean freak. I don't want to be that mom who's always cleaning and never spending
