Intermittent Fasting Basics:  https://www.messenger.com/t/drericberg

Dr. berg talks about being very full fast on keto and intermittent fasting, but then very hungry (starving) 2 hours later. This could be that you are not eating enough fat, but more than not, you have insulin resistance and you need moderate protein, and lot more greens - these things called vegetables. This is essential to provide nutrients, like vitamins and minerals. And do it more gradual and give it more time.

but two hours later, you are starving.

Why is that? Well, you have been insulin resistance, okay? And that's a situation where your

0:46.0

insulin can't connect to the cell, thereby you can't open the cell door to allow the nutrients

and the fuel to go into the cell. So this is a problem, it's

1:24.6

fat reserves. So what do you do? Do you keep eating more fat to make yourself bloated?
