Have you ever been told that you talk a lot?

If you're anything like me, it's something that you've been told over the years.

0:18.1

And it gives me great joy to understand that now frankly I get paid to talk.

Look at my podcast, look at my coaching, look at even though absolutely the speaking I do,

1:34.9

my entire career is based on self-expression. I allow myself to tell the full story.

1:41.4

I allow myself to be myself. I allow energy to build. I trust my enthusiasm. I

1:48.8

trust on some level that there is value in what it is that I have to say, which is why I feel so

1:55.9

compelled to say it. I wonder whether this might be true for you in your life or you may have some other quirk

2:04.1

or quality or personality traits that you've had feedback on over the years and had this

question mark, is this something that I need to adapt? I wonder if it's not. I wonder if it's completely perfect. Just like there's like a fire
