Thanksgiving always a true holiday in the city, but you know what?

Most years, the lions game, it's a distraction, or it's in the background.

Hell, some years, maybe you find it to be a bit of a nuisance.

But not, not this year.

I was really thinking about my time in Detroit and if there's ever

been a year like this. One where A, it's not a question of whether the team is good.

They are.

B, you favored by north of a

north of Thanksgiving day.

This town, there's just no voice of dissent.

I'm the same person that for instance if you go back to like

2011 I thought that team was fake as hell then I go They're gonna yeah great. Oh you got into as a wild card. You're gonna lose by a hundred to the Saints like I didn't believe in those years

there's been one year of my life where this team felt real,

and that would be the 1314 team.

But this team, the way this town has rallied around this team, the way America's rallied.

Let's call it what it is.
