I want to start off though by talking about the markets.

In fact, the NASDAQ so far for the first three days of December,

this is the worst three days of December in about 20 years for the NASDAQ.

Now the broader market, not quite as weak as the NASDAQ.

The NASDAQ is down 2.7% for the first three days of December.

And that compares to a 0.6% decline for the S&P overall.

But if you just look at the Dow, the Dow is actually up about a third of 1% on the week.

Russell 2000 also getting hit pretty hard down 1.8%.

The reason, of course, the Russell 2000, a bit more sensitive to rising rates,

at least the way it impacts the domestic economy, that is what is really weighing down the tech heavy NASDAQ.
