Do we need to be scared straight on climate change?

I'm Cherry Glazer in for Warren Alley, and this is a rebroadcast of To the Point. A recent story in New York

magazine has gone viral and taken the debate about the dangers of global warming to an unlikely

boiling point. The report paints a picture of unbreatable air and food shortages. More than two

million people have read the doomsday warnings, but some scientists call it dangerous alarmism.

Others call it not scary enough. We'll find out why.

And later on today's talking point, the program protecting so-called dreamers from deportation is facing uncertainty.
