Hello and welcome to another episode of DSR, this being DSR's Spy Show with Mark Polly Marampolis, who I am delighted to have here as a co-host.

I'm David Roskov and I'm in Washington, D.C. Mark, who has been traveling the country where you mark.

I am back in Northern Virginia. I survived my trip to Florida.

Well, that's no small thing. You've been to some dangerous places in your career.

That's one that I think recently was just put on a no-travel list by the NAACP, like in the past couple of days.

We are also joined and delighted to be joined by Tracy Walder.

She is a former CIA officer and FBI special agent.

She is also the author of a book that came out a couple years ago called The Unexpected Spy,

which is a great book and I'm glad to have this chance to meet you because I thought it was a terrific story well told.

And I'm always a bit surprised that so many stories about the intelligence world are so boring and yours wasn't.

Why are you guys so boring, Mark, and Tracy?
