Two days after the Biden administration announced that it was using its emergency powers,

the CDC's emergency powers again to extend the eviction moratorium in places where the

virus is especially prevalent, which covers most of the United States, apparently.

The leftist legislators who push the Biden administration to do this thing are in wild,

the zeuberant celebration mode.

And led by Cory Bush, the freshman congressman from St. Louis, who took the remarkable and

stunning step of sleeping outside on the Capitol steps for a night to highlight the horrors

of eviction, apparently.

The Biden administration made this decision even though that day or earlier that day,

Gene Spurling of the White House had said that they had quadruple checked and that there

was no modality based on the Supreme Court's finding that would allow them to extend the

eviction moratorium.

They had a quadruple checked, said Gene Spurling.

So apparently five times was the charm and they quintuple checked and now there is an

eviction moratorium back in place until the Supreme Court presumably hears or court hears
