Do unbelievers get a second chance at salvation after death?

Chapter 3 verses 19 to 20 and first Peter 4 6, this idea that the gospel was preached

I've heard so many explanations to what Jesus was doing and why he was there.

Some go so far as to imply a second chance salvation.

Who is there one?
