I just want to say that I appreciate you.

We have actually started this week or last week noticing that the popularity of the podcast based on the number of downloads and

listeners that we have is actually on an upward trajectory, a really great upward

trajectory. So for those of you who are listening in and giving us feedback

and letting me know and sharing it with others and growing awareness, I just want to say I'm massively appreciative

of that. So today I want to share with you something I was thinking about earlier, probably about two weeks ago actually, of when I was at this kind of time of the year in my business, what I was seeing, what I was dealing with. So what I noticed and you guys can

maybe relate to this and maybe you can kind of feel this way with whether you've got teams or

it's just within yourself. But what I would find is that leading up to December everyone was happy,

everyone was in a good mood and everyone was saying things like, oh yeah you know next year,

we're going to absolutely crush it next year and I would

strategically do a launch call on like the second third or fourth of January. If I

didn't do a launch call it was a really flat first half of January.

If I did a launch call, we crushed January.

So obviously we did these launch calls,

or launch calls, we did these launch calls,

and we started to crush January, but what we realized is towards the end of January,

people had this emotion of like, oh well, you know, I didn't do as well as I thought I was going to do,

I said I was going to do. I said I was going to

absolutely crush January and I kind of didn't. So all these emotions are coming up.
