| 0:56.6 | And it's something that, as you say, has affected people for about a part of a year now. |
| 1:01.0 | So listeners may be listening to this trying to get home or, indeed, staying at home, |
| 1:04.7 | working from home because they haven't been able to get into work today. |
| 1:07.2 | And, you know, it is certainly taking its toll. |
| 1:09.1 | It's taking its toll on the economy, too. |
| 1:10.6 | It's interesting to note that in some of these monthly economic growth updates, |
| 1:14.5 | the strikes are very often referenced as something that we're taking a little bit of a hit from. |
| 1:19.2 | But I think the main problem for the rail unions is that compared to the average British worker, |
| 1:25.6 | a lot of their workers are paid more generously. |
