We actually got a question about these Pledge Drive drawings from Skylar Shremp, who calls herself a long-time listener.

In all my years, I have never heard of anyone winning a Pledge Drive prize, which led me to ask, is it real? See, Skyler grew up among other

WB.EZ listening Chicagoans, and she says she pays close attention to these pledge drives,

including those big prizes we offer. Yeah, I just was like, who are these people that win these

things? Like, these are big things. You know, I'm thinking like, okay, trip to Iceland, like people who post about that on social media.

I've never seen anybody post anything.

Well, Skyler, we know you don't just support public radio because of the great thank you gifts.

Right.

It's not about the drawings really anyway. Right. Of course not. Now, you wouldn't believe how many times, like my mom or my wife, has said to me, are you sure we can't win? Are you sure? Sure? Because I really want to win that trip. Well, Mom, yes, I'm sure. No immediate family can win the

prizes, but I've never actually been in the room when one of these drawings take place,

and I've worked here a long time. So, Skyler, we're going to get you the answer, and I know just the guy to help us.
