When we get to feedback at our conferences this is the most frequently asked question.

Yeah. There might be other questions but everybody is just

dying just dying. They're here the feedback model and they're immediately thinking

it's oh I can give my boss feedback. I actually think let me put it this way I

don't know that it's the most

frequently well it is it is I but there's something else that goes with it being the

most frequent last question the change in the audience when the one person asks it is noticeable.

You know, when you present a lot.

It's like, you're not talking about it.

Everyone, I mean, there are some questions that people want to know the answer to, and people do and they ask the question and it's a good it's helpful.

You don't have to cover it because you know somebody's going to ask.

This question when people ask, it's as if everyone goes, a ha, I wasn't going to ask, but that's the question I wanted to know.
