wasn't in the intro because it just sort of dropped and that is that the cop that shot

Ray Shard Brooks in Atlanta has been charged with 11. He's facing 11 charges, one of which is

felony murder. So Jordan you're going to update us on that too in the A-block.

And yeah there's just a ton of news coming out today. I'm going to be talking a little bit later

on in the show with former federal and state prosecutor and CNN analyst Ellie Honeig and he and I

are going to be discussing oh oh another exit from the Department of Justice. This time this time

the former chief of staff of Jeff Sessions the race as possum is resigning so we're going to talk

about the implications of yeah yeah we're going to talk about the implications of that.
