A lot is going on in our world today that can cause concern and fear. It can get overwhelming

and exhausting trying to stay above the noise and the constant barrage of life. There is a

reoccurring theme in the scriptures where God is found telling his people often, fear not, do not be afraid.

God often tells us this to reassure us
