0:16.9	A lot is going on in our world today that can cause concern and fear. It can get overwhelming
0:23.9	and exhausting trying to stay above the noise and the constant barrage of life. There is a
0:30.8	reoccurring theme in the scriptures where God is found telling his people often, fear not, do not be afraid.
0:40.7	God often tells us this to reassure us
0:43.6	that he is truly in control.
0:46.8	Isaiah 4110, it says,
0:49.9	don't panic, I'm with you.
0:53.0	There's no need to fear, for I am your God. I'll give you strength. I'll help you. I'll hold you steady. Keep a firm grip on you. Don't panic. If you've been in panic mode, if you've been in fear mode,

1:15.6	He's in the midst of it, and he is in control.
