I'm of course your host, John Campia. good to have you guys here joining me on this Sunday.

Many you might be thinking, John, when's the last time we had like an open mic on a Saturday

and on a Sunday? often but Anne and her friends this afternoon

don't ask me to explain this, but they had a salt cave, wait a

a salt cave spa, day where they literally go and like lay, like her and her and her seven friends go and lay in this

salt cave and they put, I don't know, whatever.

So they're going to be up for the afternoon.

I thought, great, this would be a chance, another chance to do an open mic.

Here's how it's going to go.

I got a little topic I want us to discuss for a couple of minutes,

and then we're just going to take your live comments and questions.
