My guest today is Jess Lively. She is positively creative, incredibly intuitive, and a free-flowing

because she coaches us about being present through the power of our subconscious. Now, Jess,

here's a thing, Jess and I go way back. Now, Jess has spent over 13 years exploring the topic of

consciousness, the voices that we hear, like the narratives that are going on through our minds,

and what it means to live a deeply fulfilling life. Now, Jess is a podcast host. She goodness gracious.

This girl is nothing but consistent. She has over 300 episodes. She has over 14 million downloads.

Now, here's the crazy thing. Jess started podcasting in 2014. Like, this is before the cool kids

were doing it. Now, she recently founded the inner voice facilitator and it's a training program,

and she's bringing what she's learned and what she teaches about taking your intuition on a deeper

level and then listening and having guide your decisions. So, as you can probably tell, Jess is very

unique and she's going to be very unique as a guest here on the show. And that's exactly why I adore

her. Now, on a personal note, Jess and I connected many years ago when I joined her podcast back in

2016 and then she invited me back in 2018. Now, those were two years that my podcast wasn't even a

flicker of a thought. I always was like, yeah, I really want to do a podcast butt butt butt, and I let

all those butts get in the way. Jess was the person who I would look at and think this girl is a raw

podcaster. Like, this girl is a podcast gangster. And since then, she's brought people on the

multiple iterations of her business, leading her ultimately to where she is today. Now, okay,
