I wanted to give you a do-yourself homemade electrolyte shake recipe that is actually quite

delicious.

So very simply, you take one ripe avocado, one cup of berries that can be mixed berries

or any of the berries that you like.

You add one half cup of organic lemon juice, one tablespoon of upset vinegar, and one

fourth teaspoon of sea salt.

I recommend a pink Himalayan sea salt, and this will give you a good amount of potassium,

magnesium, a little bit of calcium, a good amount of sodium, chlorides and trace minerals.

Now if you're exercising or it's hot outside or you're sweating, adds a little more salt,

maybe a half a teaspoon, and you can just put everything in a blender with five cups

And for some people, the flavor and the sweetness will be fine from the berries.

For the people that like a little bit sweeter, I would recommend 20 drops of stevia, berry
