Hey guys, welcome back to Thick and Thin with me, Katie Biladi, and I'm currently coming

at you from my Sunroom. I'm in a different location in my house. I recorded, last week I recorded on my bed

in my room and because I was like bent over because my microphone was like balanced on a pillow situation,

my back hurt for like a solid day after that

so I was like I'm gonna try sitting at a table and my family of course is around so I'm like okay I'm gonna like go to

the Sunroom and isolate myself in there and record an episode and once I got out here I realized how it's so windy out today and you can hear like the wind pushing against the glass and like there's like a

a little wind chime that's like swinging around and kind of ominously making these

noises but I thought it kind of added to the ambience, so the overall vibe of this

episode because I'm about to tell you guys a story, well in a little bit because I want to kind of

get to my point first, but I have a little story to tell you guys today as I usually do I love storytelling as you know I love history as you know so luckily a lot of you guys have you know

figured this out about me and have been

DMing me ideas for who I should speak about and who I should research and look

into and so today's couple it's two people it was a romance it's a love story kind of, what I'll be sharing today, came

from one of you guys, so thank you for submitting. It's so funny because just the universe works

in mysterious ways and brought me this idea from one of you guys when I was already

kind of thinking of talking about a very similar concept so let me kind of just

you know back it up a little bit and tell you guys what I've been feeling and thinking about.

And I actually, I'm looking at this note that I wrote last night, just kind of breaking out my ideas, and the time stamp is 2006 a.m. I was like thinking about this so late last night and I was like, I need to just bang out all this research for whatever reason last night was just the night. And then this morning our power went out here because it is so

windy that our power fully went out because a huge tree fell in one of our neighbors yards

and it sliced we have we have power lines that are out of the ground

some people have it buried underneath the ground ours are out of the ground because

we live in a very old kind of beeching neighborhood and people I don don't know, we just never put them underground I guess.
