We are having a heat wave in London. It's absolutely incredible. It's very hard to describe what warm weather is like in a rainy city like England or a country like England.

do you get intimidated ever by your guests that come on the show you know at this point I have

interviewed almost 300 people at London Real Studios from members of parliament to

CEOs a billion dollar companies to Hollywood actors to great writers

you name it it's been all sorts of people activists and you know my first answer to

this question was going to be no I don't but that would be a lie because I definitely have in the past

They've gotten intimidated. I don't know if that's the right word I think I have very high expectations on myself and so I feel like I

really need to bring my best and get the best out in a show and I feel like this

overwhelming fear that I am not going to cater to my guest and be accommodating and just do the most kick-ass job

and I think that's what motivates me to just do all the work behind the scenes to make sure the video is great and everything is

amazing because I just feel like I owe that to people it's this weird thing about me and

it seems to make me bring out great work but it also drives me a little crazy sometimes.

When I first had George Galloway in here, a member of Parliament,

you know, I was thinking, wow, I mean, this guy had 15,000 videos on YouTube I had seen him yelling at the US Congress

I had seen him going after every reporter on the planet when I prepared for him

I'd actually met him down at the Parliament before and I thought whoa what am I

getting myself into you know but and also with Neil degrass Tyson there was so much

pressure on me at that point we had to take our cameras on the scene he was doing

a press day I had to make sure we got the scene. He was doing a press day.
