| 0:55.6 | weapons, other kinds of equipment with local law enforcement, as well as local law enforcement |
| 0:59.6 | participating in the Department of Homeland Security's Homeland Security grant program, |
| 1:03.8 | which authorizes DHS to provide local law enforcement with money to then purchase |
| 1:08.2 | what we view as potentially excessively militarized equipment. |
| 1:11.5 | So one of the chief concerns here is that by granting money rather than |
