Summary

Carbs and fat are they good or bad for you?  There is a lot of hype online, in the media, and from health gurus on what to eat and what not to eat. In recent years, the focus has been on low carb, ketogenic diets as the ones that are the best for weight loss. But what is the truth? Do carbs make you fat?
