Behind every flight by Mission Aviation Fellowship, or MAF as we're known, is a story of hope,

resilience and faith. I'm the MAF pilot. I've seen the profound impact of our flights on

lives and communities. I once flew a woman called Ossaf from a remote community in Papua New Guinea

for urgent medical care who was battling childbirth complications. MAF flew

to Tababill Hospital. Despite the odds, she delivered a baby girl named Grace safely,

a testament to Don't Grace that saved both mother and child that day.

One of the arguments for this is to say, look, humans and animals share common origin,

and therefore there's a brotherliness among them. This is kind of the Francis

of the CC model. There's another way of looking at this of saying, yes, common origin,

but is there a tea loss or a purpose within this system of what is this thing for?

And so I think ultimately, I'm going to say that the purpose of the animal is for the glory of God,

that God just likes them and enjoys them and gets a kick out of them, whether or not they're

conscientiously worshipping, but that within the very good system in which he created that

morality based on the divine command theory, also, and on the character of God,

allows for us to participate as an animal in the normal cycle of animals there.

We get food or we get medicine or, you know, cosmetics we can put in our face and they won't make us

get a spotty. So, all we can go to a bullfighting and somehow enjoy it. So, as usual, I think we

come back to this sort of enormous self-centeredness, anthropocentrism of humanity, that it's always us
