number crunching in the Hafer household, but all this caffeine imbibing is not without cost.

Particularly if you're after something fancier than plain old ground coffee and hot

water stirred by one's trusty spoon. Dear more or less, I've just been to the

website of grind coffee makers of recyclable coffee pods which claims that 29,000

used plastic coffee pods end up in landfill every minute. It's really true. I'm

sure that not all coffee pods are recycled, but 29,000 to landfill per minute.
