A little Mount West Pride these days, less, less divisions, huh? Do we have a clearer path here

to the next Cincinnati out of the west? How you doing, brother?

Hopefully, I mean, it sounds like there's going to be a waiver that passes this month that allows conferences to eliminate divisions and still hold a conference

championship game. If you're the Mountain West there's really no logical

reason to keep divisions at that point you might as well every year try and you know

drum up the the most competitive schedule that you can for the teams that are

anticipated to be contenders and obviously there's always going to be people

that surprise like Utah state this past season who you know they were picked dead last and then they won the league

That happens they're kind of an anomaly. It might happen more in the transfer portal era. I'll say just because there's so much roster turnover and it's harder to predict teams like can you really project what CSU is going to do next year but anyways that's a whole side tangent anyways I think it's going to be exciting. I wish they could do it this season. I get why they're not just because they already have the schedules in place and it would be a big headache to reshuffle it. But honestly honestly I feel like if the Mount West had you know bigger balls they would just do it and go bold especially if this waiver passes you still have plenty of time to change it up but I'm pumped go Mountain West. I'm glad this came up because I had no idea what the bus

Should the pack 12 get rid of division. So this has already been a productive

podcast for me. Well, I wouldn't say, if you're not the SEC, if you're not the big 10, like this point you might as well do anything that you can to

get it the most interest and you know get the most intrigue in your league but I cut off Jake so I'll let him get his thoughts on this out.
