Andre? Doing great man. I'm so looking forward to this. I know I told my own high

memories on Twitter that we'd get that up in the weekend and it's just it's just

taking a while to coordinate all this but I'm so amped that the NFL off

season is going on as scheduled we've already got some great news coming in I'm am to come in and do this with you because these are always a blast

I appreciate you guys reaching in and asking hey are we gonna do the pod this week and everything yeah we we going to do the pod this week and everything?

Yeah, we're going to do the pod,

as always regularly scheduled this week.

We're going to have some catching up to do,

I know it's it's just been so crazy because I've been doing all these buff pods

like you know we have Ben Gerting on and a whole bunch of that kind of stuff but

it's all been talking about how sad we are that there's no sports and how to like

approach it and try to like spin that into a positive and all that in the NFL the sports world hasn't really stopped
