Yeah, hey, I mean, we were all just saying, though, I am proud of us for making it this far into the offseason without, like, we've had a little bit of goofiness on the shows, but like, for the most part, we've kept it to like semi real topic.

So good for us, team.

Doing our best, that's for sure.

Anyway, though, I did want to talk about a specific topic today.

And I want to broach this topic in this way.

To me, I can only think of one rule in the NHL that has never been broken.

Now, obviously on the ice, they have penalties that's built into the system, whatever.

Off the ice, though, you look at all these things that have happened over the years.

You see the coyotes violating the prospect's tryout rules.

You have ridiculous things that lead to buyouts of players' contracts all the times, both legal and illegal.

What else is out there?

Teams can get fined by the NHL because they just said something that they don't like about

George Peros.

My point being is NHL teams and sports teams in general break the rules all the time.

The NHL salary cap has never been breached.

Now, I understand there are a million workarounds and teams do a bunch of ridiculous things

to technically keep themselves under the salary cap, but no one has ever violated it.
