And we have a very special guest kicking off today's show.

The new Eagles head coach, the newest head coach.

I guess I don't know the most appropriate way to say it.

Codre Eagles head coach, Aaron Schneecloth, will be joining us here momentarily to talk about

his new gig.

You know, we may even ask a little bit about the hire of Steve Conall-Wallchuck and just get into a bit about the Eagles and a little bit of a new look for them this year. And then we are going to talk about the Eagles a bit today. But I guess, Megan, how are you doing this afternoon morning? I'm doing really well. How are you doing? I'm doing great things. It's really nice out right now. I think it's, see, the look on your face, you already know.

You already know.

It's going to get, it's going to get bad, I think, here.

I'm looking at the weather route. Are you, are you like me? Are you living on the radar? Has anybody been doing this? doing this like they have the in the weather channel app you can now get live satellite radar

of the weather oh no but my phone's been good about sending me updates when it's about to rain in like the next 15 minutes. Hey, get inside now. Right, and it's rain. But it is upsetting still. No, but I have. I've been living on that satellite radar. So, again, nice weather right now. But let's talk a little bit about Aaron Schneecloth. You got to know him a bit last year. You were kind of ahead of this. AJ actually also wrote a piece about it before Greg Crona was officially hired by the Anaheim Ducks. And then it was a little bit of a gap in between that and Schneecloth officially getting the promotion. But just what were kind of your initial thoughts, impressions when the official

announcement was made? No shock whatsoever because he's such a natural fit to be the head coach

for the Colorado Eagles. He's been so deeply embedded in the Eagles starting from the time when he was a player.

And so he's grown with the Eagles as they've become now an American League team as player, coach,

now the opportunity to be a head coach.

And at least at the coaching level specifically, there was early on success that he had a hand in in bringing

them to back-to-back championships at the East Coast level. And so I think it was interesting to see

the path that he followed. Learning from Cronin was probably something I'm especially interested to hear

about because there are unique qualities that he has that makes him apt to be the coach of the Eagles, but I'm especially interested to hear about because there are unique qualities that he has that

makes him apt to be the coach of the Eagles. But I'm sure, too, in his time working with Cronin,

and the entire staff that's up there, he's especially primed for this position. He knows what

culture is for Colorado Avalanche specifically, because he has been embedded in it for so long.
