As usual, the news follows a theme, one week at a time, I guess.

Today, one of the top stories is what's happening in Turkey. I've

been talking about this since it became an issue I would say the beginning of last week I think it was Monday and it's it's

actually it's tricky it's it's really interesting as an insight into if there is 3D chess or if it's 2D chess or 4D, I don't know.

I'm going to tell you what I know the latest is and then kind of what I think about it, what some other people have said.

But we're going to absolutely have to see how this story unfolds.

This is an interesting one. It is not

crystal clear how it's going to turn out. So let me just tell you what the latest is.

The Turkey continues to operate in what they say they claim a right to operate within a 30

kilometer zone of the Turkish border into Syria.

Russia and Syria, I think the law is in Syria that they do get like 5 to 10 kilometers

where they can mess around in there, but not more than that.

So there is an interlapping, overlapping zone there that could cause problems. But Russia has said, we respect your right to kind of clean up that terrorist mess there

as long as what you're doing is proportionate to the threat to you and one thing I think it's important to note, I believe this is something I heard on 21st century wire, just Patrick Kennington was on RT. I saw a little clip of it where he pointed out which which I did know so I think it's it's for sure valid is that like all Kurds are not represented by this group. I think it's sometimes called the PKK or the YPG. There is a group that

Turkey clearly defines as terrorists. It does not represent all Kurds, but we have allied with them to put down ISIS.

Now, something weird about ISIS bubbled up too.

I'll tell you about that in a minute when we move on to the rest of the Lindsay Graham call.

So there so Russia is recognizing Turkey's right to do that.
