1:31.0	So there is this bill called the Innovation and Competition Act of 2021 and this bill incorporates at least three other previous acts that did not make it through committee. So there it incorporates
1:44.6	the Endless Frontier Act, the Chips for America Act, and the Strategic Competition
1:50.1	Act. And this is a big bill. I think it's like 1,200 pages long and it's going to cost around 200 billion dollars, if not more. And it's all about combating China.
