And I dug in a little bit as to how this works why McConnell's even allowing that and the way they did it was it was kind of hard to search for this but the way they did it was they agreed on they passed a resolution on how the trial would proceed and in that resolution was negotiated, they negotiated this layout, like 24 hours over three days each of opening statements, a couple of days of Q&A.
