0:38.0	are blaming state-level infrastructure yada yada, but they decided the federal government to give a $600 pay out, which was, it's
0:48.6	basically $15 an hour times 40 hours a week, which is twice the federal minimum wage and what they are saying is the
0:56.4	like average so of course if you're going for the average pay half of the people are
1:02.0	going to be making more.
1:03.2	That's what an average leads to.
1:06.1	And it's probably not exactly an average.
1:09.2	It's a little bit lower than that.
1:12.2	But on top of that that they're getting unemployment so this is
1:16.1	creating a problem because for the small businesses see there's all these loans
1:21.4	in place for small businesses.
1:22.8	They're supposed to get completely forgiven if they do exactly jump
1:26.7	through the hoops correctly.
1:27.8	They've already talked about how they're going to be audited.
1:30.3	So the feds are going to be hardasses about it.
1:33.0	And one of the things they have to do is that when they're allowed,
1:36.0	I think it's when they're allowed to open up again,
