Binkley what is the news out of Kentucky?

The grand jury indict one of the three officers in the Brianna Taylor case, the death of

Brianna Taylor. They wanted second-degree manslaughter. That's what they

were going after but a grand jury in Jefferson County they charged former

Louisville police officer Brett Hankinson with three counts of wanton endangerment of the

first degree and now the attorney general has to decide whether or not he's going

to prosecute and there's already protest out there there's

already people who are upset about it and there's across the country in cities like

Atlanta, St. Louis, Minneapolis, Louisville measures are being taken to prepare for protest and

potential civil unrest this evening in the wake of this. And we've seen this

coming for a while now and the timing of it a little over about 50 days or so till the election.

Oh yeah you expected that for Amad Arbury but the same principle holds like you actually said it would reflect the way they did it in Ferguson or they made a big stink about it and

looks like Ferguson 2.0 The images do. Undercharged.

They undercharged the guy want an endangerment.

I mean, that's what, you know, that I knew a kid in high school who got charged with that for

leaving some girl on the front lawn of a party.

Yeah. Not raking into her house and shooting her to death.

Right. And the other one, the others weren't charged at all and they wanted second degree for all of them
