0:21.6	Our top story, a ruling coming out of Pennsylvania aims to halt the certification of the vote for
0:29.0	Biden even though it has been certified,
0:32.6	the governor has appointed the electors,
0:35.1	but it's really a symbolic indication
0:38.0	that this fight is not over.
0:40.4	And I've been thinking about that. When we spoke to Garland, he thinks Georgia is going to ultimately be certified after this final recount for Trump.
0:52.4	I mean, and he's assuming that the recount is is done with more integrity
0:56.5	than the original count which hopefully it would be with more scrutiny but
1:00.3	you've got Pennsylvania I think Wisconsin still has some litigation to go through.
1:05.6	They're doing, or I should say they're doing a recount that's finished December 1st.
1:10.3	And there's Michigan also.
1:13.4	So what happens if Trump really does win?
1:17.6	And remember, it would then still be an electoral win.
1:20.6	And I don't think they're even addressing the question of the kind of optics of the popular win going for Biden by a fair man.
1:28.6	Yeah, that wasn't the only place where there was a lawsuit filed a group in Wisconsin filed an emergency
1:34.7	petition after they say they identified 144 potentially fraudulent ballots.
1:39.7	And this is a group that is representing some of the voters and I believe there's another
1:44.3	lawsuit it might have been it might have been that one that you just read that was that
