I'm just here in California at Eric Neushouse, getting ready for Camus fly out tomorrow morning,

and just enjoying my morning here in SoCal, or actually, NorCal.

When I say former champion, I mean, you won something along the way, right?

Well, I did end my career as the Canadian Arena Cross champion.

I don't know if that means a whole lot, but it's something.

It's still a number one plate man and uh so basically

i uh i ended my career with a with a number one plate now for those who don't know you

suffered a uh a terrible knee injury down in southern california when you were uh getting ready

for the season and then you had uh about 6,000 operations after that it seemed like

but uh what is the status of your leg on your knee are you riding again uh what's going on with

you uh well it's kind of it's been it's been a long deal man it's been uh that that thing that knee deal
