And it's me, your other host, DM Celeste, aka Sea Witch. Dun-dun-dun-dun. I don't know. There was a version where I was going to act like, oh, we're sad. And then I was going to say something like, cry me a river, build me a bridge, but we're going to act like that all happen. Yeah. And today,

Neil, you're so clever. Yeah, over it. It's too hot. It's too hot for any of this. But we are

going to be talking about an exercise called building a bridge. Because today we are going back

to our West March style series in Dayim Bay and continuing to

build out bits and pieces of the overworld map.

And what questions did we ask on this West March style map building exercise?

Yeah.

So on this one, we showed a cool little region that has, like, sort of a tri-river split

sort of area and shows this, like, cute little bridge on the map.

And so to the northeast of Lysel Village is a bridge at the connection point between two rivers.

So we looked and asked, hey, one, what do

people call this bridge? Two, what is an event that has occurred at this bridge before? Three,

what is a quest that can be given to PCs to complete in relation to the bridge? Four, and then, of course,

as always, you do you. So I really like this one.

I picked this one because I realized how infrequently I put bridges in my own games.

Yeah.

Which is very odd because of how many folklore and stories surround bridges.

Yeah, I mean, I can think of at least like 15 different Faye or like fairies from folklore that have something to do

specifically with bridges, which is, yeah, that's wild.

Yeah, like bridges are a very commonplace thing.
