Food from Disney chefs at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World are on tap, along with a Twitter watch party for Hocus Pocus on Wednesday, April 27th at 5pm Disneyland time, which will also include some digital wallpaper downloads. On Thursday, more announcements will be made to celebrate. We all know about the new text on the lead float, and the reimagined finale float, but even more was changed! The intro to the parade has been reworked to include part of Walt’s opening day speech, and the music has been updated for the finale float. A little bit of extra magic was added to the finale float along “its a mall world” and Main Street. Unlike the Electrical Parade, this show is presented in its previous form with no new updates. A variety of interactions can be had around the parks from standing in line to see a favorite character, to a casual encounter with a character walking around. The first section of modified tiering has been unveiled and looks pretty good. It all started with a single post online that stated that Disneyland would not allow renewal of their Dream Key. It is a lot more nuanced than that. At this point, we are still a couple of months away from the vast majority of people renewing their keys in July, since passes can be renewed 45 days before expiration.
