News: As we suspected would happen, starting on June 15th, Disneyland will allow out of state guests to attend. The State of California strongly recommends that all guests be fully vaccinated or obtain a negative COVID-19 test before arriving at the parks. This will be similar to the standby queue used for Star Wars: Galaxys Edge a couple of years ago. There is no word on how often this queue will be in place, or for how long. Disney is “strongly encouraging” guests to mobile order all food and beverages in the land. The Backlot Premiere Shop now has Spider-Bots, Web-Shooters, clothing, and more. There are two versions of the Spider-Bots; one larger one that has accessories that can be attached for $79.99, and a basic one, which is smaller and is not radio controlled for $24.99. The Web-Shooters come in two varieties; a Web-Shooter that looks like Spider-Man’s web shooter, and a Repulsor, which looks like Iron Man’s repulsor. The World Famous Jungle Cruise is reopening to guests on July 16th, after being closed since the parks closed back in March, 2020. Bacon Ketchup can be added on the side with a corndog. It is ketchup with bacon pieces mixed in. The Disney Food Blog says that they liked the flavor, but the ketchup was the main taste, even with the bacon. There is a strong bacon aftertaste.
