I have a Monday thought for you.

And that thought is going to be about wide receivers. That thought is not going

necessarily be about George Pickens. It's going to be about the makeup and the Constitution of

the entire room. What makes me think of this? Let's just say that there was a conversation at

some point that was held by somebody who would know stuff

who shared with me the idea that the room the whole room could be in for a revamp now what exactly does that

that mean i have no idea.

And no, it was not shared with me.

But when I think of a revamp,

and what you're about to hear from this point onward

is nothing other than my opinion,

is I think of Calvin Austin, third as being the third wide receiver. I say that

respectfully. I feel he could be a really dangerous tool if utilized properly and utilized

in context, meaning, you know, you don't need to be targeting Cal 10, 12 times a game.

What you need to do with Cal is put him into situations where he can break one.

Sometimes that's going to be, as you saw a couple of times later in the season, he would just outrun his coverage.

Other times he would just find open grass in tight areas,

meaning tight to the line of scrimmage, and then just go. That's what you want. That's what

you want out of your three. You want a surprise. You want the thing that's at the bottom of
