and this is needed in more ways than one on this particular day because I just came back

from the Steelers practice facility where, oh, nothing really happened. What do you want to know?

Aaron Rogers is the quarterback of the Steelers.

T.J. Watt is not in attendance.

And Mike Tomlin spoke as well.

There's news to be had within that. And we can talk about that stuff in in various pieces and in various formats.

However, however, the headline.

And you can see this right over there is Rogers not only practicing.

Rogers working with his teammates, working with his fellow

quarterbacks for two hours, but also some of the stuff that he had to say afterward.

And maybe most notably out of that, we'll be playing you some video on that front shortly.

He said that he felt that the decision to come back and play, and specifically as it related to the Steelers, was, and I quote directly, best for my soul.

He did not lack for a comfort level in any environment today. That's probably the most striking impression

that he made on me, watching him, and that's all I did. I'm not going to lie here. I made a little

bit of time watching DK Metcalf and some time just to humor him with Calvin Austin, but otherwise,

and I'm not a quarterback watcher.
