Pirates are doing less than flying solo today.

They're off in their ideal worlds. what they do on their days off,

it's just like, look at the wallpaper.

Everybody who thinks this stuff is all romantic or whatever,

like, let's go on a hike or something.

Especially the guys who are a little bit older,

they will tend to family duties.

They will find a way to be put to good use

by their better halves.

Pirates versus Cubs begins tomorrow night at PNC Park, yet another big series

against yet another quality opponent. I want to talk to you guys today. I want some feedback.

I want some good feedback today on Don Kelly.

I'm really hoping for something that's a little bit more advanced than pitch counts and stuff.

The whole conversation is just it's so 15, 20 years ago, you know, talking about whether or not you should take somebody out with pitch limits based on concern about their, you know, their health or even just a feel or a confidence thing, as Kelly acknowledged last night.

I want to know what kind of job you guys think he's doing.

Is he underselling this team?

Is the team overperforming because of him?

Does he get credit for the fact that this team never gets accused of being, you know, lazy or lax or anything like that?

Or does he get blame for, I don't know, this one's going to be your show.
