Plenty of stuff to talk about today, which is actually odd for this show at this time of year.

We're okay with doing that.

The schedule was released.

This was two and a half hours ago.

The entire schedule, as opposed to just the openers,

which were announced yesterday.

I thought it was an unusual schedule upon just a first blush without sitting down and really detailing it.

I saw that there are 13 sets of back-to-backs, unless I'm mistaken, that's one of the first

things that you look at.

Another pattern, though, that really leaped out at me was that there are a lot, there's a

lot more in the way of homestands and road trips and homestands and road trips.

Instead of the, you know, the usual mishmash.

They're at home on Tuesday, but they're on the road Thursday and then they come back on Saturday and then there's somewhere else on

Sunday. There's a lot more fluidity to this schedule. Now, I don't know if that's something

that was by design. I don't know. I don't know if it was something that the, that the players union or the membership might have asked for.

It's like, let us unpack our bags at least once in a while, right?

That jumped out at me.

It is 84 games.

For those who don't know, they're tacking on two additional games.
