Milrow in the draft, certainly not about to advocate it and absolutely not to even think about it

when it comes to the first round. But that said, I'm going to bring up a couple of things here

that hopefully reinforces some of the points that I've been making about wanting to have

two, not one, two other positions in that

quarterback room that are committed to younger quarterbacks who are either projects or

closer to being ready or whatever, but who at least have a chance, a chance to become your guy.

I feel as if the first step of this entire quarterback process, which incidentally

should have begun with the drafting of Mason Rudolph in 2018, has to be headlined by

an acceptance that you're not going to get it right by just trying one.

If you do that, that's how you get your Kenny Pickett gambles.
