I'd like to think that there's more pluses than minuses to

winging it with this show.

I don't work off a script.

Never have, never will.

Just don't believe in it.

One of the perils is that I'll occasionally blurt something out that just exits wrong.

And this is Daily Shot of Steelers presented by the Fandul's sports book.

It comes your way bright and early every weekday if you're into hockey and or baseball.

I get stuff that blurts out incorrectly the wrong way on those shows as well.

But I still hope you'll take the time to check them out.

This specifically was the show after the first day of NFL free agency.

And I feel like I set like three quarters of you on fire by daring to bring up the quarterback

situation and Malik Willis and all that other stuff, right?

Okay. Within that episode, one statement that I made seemed to rub people the wrong way the most,

and that was that the Steelers didn't get better, which of course on its face is absurd

and wouldn't at all have been what I intended.

What I was referencing at the time was that they still haven't addressed, and by the way they still haven't

the most important position on the team.

And since Aaron Rogers is in limbo, still the case, then they couldn't, of course, be a better

football team than when we last saw them on the field in January against the Texans.
