I could go after covering an event like that, but I'm going to condense it to this. The defense scored more points

than they gave up. That's not easy to do. Pick six is by Kyle Dugger and James Pierre,

more than offset, giving up one touchdown and two field goals to a team that

chist. Oh, boy, I mean outright embarrassed them a month ago in Cincinnati. Joe Flacco did it.

Jamar Chase did it. T. Higgins did it. Everybody they had gone on that side of the ball did it.

And then afterward, guys like Chase and Higgins were boasting openly about how they were able to read and understand everything that the Steelers defense was set up to do.

And it was about as bad as bad gets from the defensive perspective for this

franchise in particular that expresses so much pride in the concept, even without any real

playoff success in recent years, that theme that the Steelers are built on defense and toughness,

that persists and that makes something like Cincinnati legitimately harder for everyone to deal with.

But rest assured, they dealt with it.

And I'm going to start with the one facet that nobody's going to bring up anywhere.

So I might as well consider this like some daily shot of Steelers exclusive.

This was a really smart, well put together and different, like totally adjusted scheme.

And that is to the credit, obviously, of the coaches.
